My name is Daren and I spend all day managing my client websites, and let me tell you that job is no bed of roses, so an escape is vital, that is where gardening comes in.
My love of gardening allows me to recharge completely and also give a little back to mother nature and all that use her via my garden.
As you will discover through visiting my site, I absolutely love growing many plants. Be it flowers or vegetables and I am not afraid to try something new.
My absolute passion is Roses.
Not only do I grow them in borders, I am always reading and researching everything written about them, taking cuttings (all year round!), cross-breeding and container grow them too.
This led me to take (and pass, phew) my Horticultural Degree to give me a fuller understanding of what I am doing outdoors.
I have set this site up to share my passion with my many friends and family who live elsewhere and you, a fellow gardening enthusiast.
This website is self funded by using affiliate adverts you will see in the sidebar and on posts and pages. All the adverts featured here are from suppliers I use for plants, seeds, tools and other gardening kit.
